Shipping

In-stock orders ship within 3-5 business days, Monday through Friday, via USPS. Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 2-4 business days. You'll be notified by email once your order ships, along with tracking information.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt. Email us at info@jetcetlife.com to start the process and we'll send you a return label. Custom, engraved, or sample sale items are not eligible for return. See our full Returns Policy for details.

What is JETCET made of?

Our packs and accessories use durable, travel-ready materials designed for everyday use. Product descriptions on each item page include specific materials and dimensions.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently we ship within the United States. If you're outside the US and interested in ordering, reach out to info@jetcetlife.com and we'll see what we can do.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.
